Immunology is another important and core course in the basic sciences.

This laboratory, with a capacity of 35 people, provides the opportunity for groups of students to conduct various experiments.

Experiments are conducted to learn about various groups of medicine, dentistry, nursing, midwifery, laboratory sciences, and immunology, and after completing the course, students become familiar with laboratory diagnostic methods of immunology, serology, and their interpretation in various diseases.

The tests are as follows:

- Preparations, blood collection, serum preparation, plasma preparation and serial dilutions of serum

- Serological tests for the diagnosis of brucellosis

- Widal test

- Passive agglutination tests (CRP, RF, Gravindex)

- ASO test

- Syphilis diagnosis tests (VDRL, RPR)

- Types of sedimentation tests (SRID, DID)

- Flow cytometry

- Quantitative luminescence

- Nephelometry

- Cell culture

- ELISA

- Electrophoresis

Senior immunology students are also trained for introductory laboratory methods and internship units according to the relevant topics.
