Final Extension for the Submission and Completion of Required Documents

All students are hereby informed that the deadline for completing and submitting the required documents has been extended for the final time and will not be extended beyond the end of 20 Shahrivar.

Students who fail to complete and submit all required documents by the specified deadline will, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations, be removed from the admission and study process.

Please also note that only the documents of students who meet one of the following conditions will be reviewed and processed:

1. Students who have received official permission or approval from the Management or the relevant authorized officials granting them additional time to complete and submit their documents; or
2. Students who were personally present on the scheduled admission date, initiated their admission process, and are currently in the process of completing their required documents.

All students covered by this notice are required to retain and have available all copies and receipts related to the submission of their documents and to present them upon request. According to the official announcement and applicable regulations, if a student does not have the receipt for the submission of their documents or has lost it, this will be considered as the absence of proof or the inability to verify that the documents were submitted, and their documents will not be reviewed.

The documents of students who do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, as well as documents for which a valid submission receipt is not available, will not be reviewed.

Therefore, all eligible students are strongly advised to complete and submit their required documents within the remaining deadline, carefully retain all relevant receipts, and present them when requested. After the expiration of this deadline, no requests for further extension or review outside the established rules and procedures will be accepted.
