This Congress, as one of the major scientific and research events for medical sciences students across the country, provides a valuable opportunity to present research and technological achievements, exchange scientific experiences, become acquainted with students and researchers from other universities, expand academic and scientific networks, and establish international connections. One of the special features of this edition is the participation and engagement of international students, along with programs designed to promote international scientific and academic interactions.

It should be noted that, given the importance of students’ participation in this event and in order to support group participation and facilitate the involvement of universities, if the registration of non-Iranian students is carried out by your esteemed university, for every five registered students, the registration of a sixth student will be provided free of charge and arranged by this Directorate. Furthermore, if an abstract is accepted for oral presentation, this Directorate will also cover the aforementioned registration fee.

The deadline for abstract submission is 1405/06/15.

International Panel: 20 Shahrivar 1405, from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.

Throughout the Congress, in addition to the scientific and research programs, full hospitality as well as cultural, recreational, and social activities will be provided for participants, allowing students to benefit from the scientific content of the Congress while also having a memorable and valuable experience.

• Oral Presentation: 3 million tomans (to be covered by the International Affairs Management of Kerman University of Medical Sciences)

• Poster Presentation: 4 million tomans

• Electronic Poster (E-Poster): 1 million tomans

• General Participant with Accommodation: 5 million tomans

• General Participant without Accommodation: 4 million tomans
